1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Galaxy Restaurant (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site and our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
3. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and order information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
4. Products, Services, and Reservations
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change. For reservations, we reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
5. Purchases and Payment
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax/VAT will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. All payments shall be in BDT (৳).
6. Return and Refund Policy
Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. You agree not to systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
8. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or Services.
9. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
